For problems with MAE Services
(Port and/or Circuit issues), please have the following
information available to assist in filling out a trouble ticket:
- The name of the customer and, if possible, the Customer ID
- The MAE service connection and the assigned MAE Port ID for
the connection in trouble
- The type of the MAE port, e.g. ATM or Frame Encapsulation (FE)
- Whether the connection is built through a remote border router
or via a colocated border router
- If a remote border router is used, the local loop circuit ID,
if available
For problems with the SecurID
® card,
please have the following information handy when reporting a problem:
- The name of the customer
- Name and phone number of the SecurID card holder
- SecurID Username used to log in
- Challenge phrase of the SecurID card
- Serial number engraved on the back of the SecurID card, if available
For problems with the
PeerMaker Provisioning Tool ,
please have the following information handy when reporting a problem:
- The name of the customer
- Your name and phone number
- The Customer Name used to log in
- The User Name used to log in
- Any procedural steps that led to the problem, if
available
